Refunds
I do not offer refunds, as I strive to provide the highest level of quality service. Should you want a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within 5 days of the original appointment.
Cancelations and Rescheduling
We require a 24-hour notice of any cancelation or change of the appointment. We understand life happens and somethings cannot be avoided, and we are happy reschedule. However, the next occurrence, without a notice, will require 100% of the appointment total to be paid in full before making another appointment.
No Call-No Show
A no call-no show will require a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments made.
*If I have to cancel last minute on your appointment, I will offer a 50% discount on your service for the inconvenience
