Refunds

I do not offer refunds, as I strive to provide the highest level of quality service. Should you want a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within 5 days of the original appointment.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

I require a 24 hour notice of any cancelation or change of the appointment. Without a notice, 50% of the original appointment will be added to your next appointment. (I understand life happens and I am happy to be more than accommodating under certain circumstances.)

No Call-No Show

A no call-no show will require a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments made.

*If I have to cancel last minute on your appointment, I will offer a 50% discount on your service for the inconvenience
